to me i do think tha ICT promotion in third world countries should be ephasised mostly in primary and kindergaten schools
I do think that when it comes right from the grassroot, it will motivate many youths in future and also
It will help much in Talent Identification of the young people
As you will all agree with me that Talent Identification is the key to success.
