Before siigning up to anything, one must know what she or he is joining. In most societies that are working with the www of the internet, the term public finds its definition in relation to private.
Thus we have the basic legal definition of this structural division made of the public and of the private sectors. The arrival of the internet is causing an opening of communication which is redrawing where the lines are between public and private.
In the 1980s came the biggest drive to make use of the internet to redraw these lines. Under the name privatization came a systematic redistribution of public assets into private ownership. The movement came from the synchronized adoption of the Friedman economic theory by the British government of Tatcher, in the US under Reagan, in Canada under Mulroney, as well as New-Zealand and Australia.
So as of now, in the later part of 2005,
-We, of the Ethical Public Domain are working to charter the development of the avenue leading the public's voice in the unison of the collective and private wellbeing and welfare.
-We are here in the Ethical Public Domain, seeking to uphold the balance of harmony in the harmony of balance.
-We seek the freedom of speech that leads to the speech of freedom.
-We seek the responsibility of our rights and the obligations to our freedom.
-We serve the Rule of Law which is balanced by the preemimence of the Right where both celebrate from being rooted in the Quietening Silence of Patient Wisdom.
-In so doing, we seek to develop the ground for the renewal of diplomacy that is imposed upon the relationship of the private and public interests, for the co-operation in the transparency offered by the internet. Singning up with the Ethical Public Domain is to accept my universal responsability as a citizen of the human race, to seek and to cultivate the awareness of my bond to humanity and to grow with love and truth in my private contribution to the public's commonwealth until we attain the full stature of a mature people of all people!
-Viewed from the christian reality, the Ethical Public Domain is rooted upon The Land of Emmanuel, in The Perpetual Celebration of Easter, where God lives with us in the resurrection of Jesus, and Who is made flesh by His Spirit in all who receive Him to be the Christ of our lives, here and now, from eternity and for ever and evr...amen...

The connection between the fiction of NAF TA and the needs of my life in reality are intertwined. This is where health, education and the environment are given a vehicle with the project, to consolidate life of the individual among the family, the neighbourhood, the school and back home to complete the circuit of living well. Once off the ground with NAF TA's quest for home, Canadians emerge with the social class antidote, by sending NAF to invite Prince Charles to the next stage.
